Tamarind Indian Cuisine: Your Destination for Authentic Indian Flavors in Castle Rock

I’ve been coming to Tamarind for a while and enjoy the calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind, quick and serviceable. The food is awesome! I enjoy their coconut shrimp, their butter chicken and garlic naan. I have tried several of their dishes throughout the years and can honestly say, you will not be disappointed. It is a nice place for a quiet dinner but check their busy times to avoid a rush. Enjoy!

During lunch, Tamarind has a sort of lunch bar, which contains a wide selection of delicious foods, from dips for your naan bread to deserts like rice pudding, and a giant pot of warm rice. For a reasonable price, it's very easy to fill up on, and everything tastes good. Thanks to the nature of the food bar, you can try it all in one sitting too! After those hours, during dinnertime, they serve a full restaurant menu, and the food there is also quite good. The staff is very helpful and kind, and the venue is well maintained and looks nice, with photography and some other artworks on display, helping give some extra atmosphere to the place, which has a very clean, professional design. Unfortunately, the bathroom is in another building, making it a minor annoyance, especially if Colorado weather is doing it's usual thing, but the comfortable seating in a good-looking venue along with the helpful staff and good food more than make up for it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our family had such a delicious meal at Tamarind! Our waitress was so kind to our young daughter and the food was fantastic! The manager stopped by every table once the food was delivered to make sure everything came out well. We can’t wait to come back for dinner or order take out, they had a LOT of take out orders being picked up that were well packaged for transportation and looked yummy. We love this place. I didn’t know I liked Indian food so much. My favorite dish is the chicken tikki masala! The naan breads are a must with your entree too. Clean place, lovely, delicious. We had wine, appetizers, soup and entrees with naan bread.

I love this place so much! I’ve only ever gotten take out, but I’ve always had a great experience. I love the butter chicken, tikka masala, and saag. Their staff are friendly and their food is always ready within 15-20 minutes!

Just moved to the area and wanted to find a new Indian spot ! This place exceeded every expectation. There are a couple places back home that I frequent, but this puts them all to shame. 10 out of 10 would come back again. Medium spice was perfect! I can’t wait to come back again! It was damn good!

Really good food and flavor. Great vegan options. Nice setting. Fast service. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Two critiques: I'm not jazzed about the straws and styrofoam. And just my own PSA: why sell lamb?! Go to the slaughterhouse on 44th in Denver and witness their screams. They're BABIES! Jesus carried a lamb, why eat them? I'm appalled at all the murder we commit when we sit down to eat. Peace begins on the plate.
